QA QC Civil Engineer

Looking for a male Civil Engineer with QA/QC, document controlling and shop drawings background to join our Team, Minimum experience of 5-8 years.
The Candidate should be proficient in numbers and related technical letters, work documents, and contractual procedures. Should have previous work experience with a Consultant / Contractor and possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Following are the Candidate criteria:
Read and understand all forms of drawings and perspectives and interpret with other contract documents such as schedules, specifications, and scope of work.
experience in technical letters, work documents, review of shop drawings and contractual procedures.
Monitor, measure, audit the performance of the subcontractor in managing the cost.
Verify and audit claims, payments, variations, contractual issues.
Site visits, assessments and analysing completed work for arranging payment to sub contractors.
Provide value engineering, cost mitigation information and direction on all post-contract matters.
Prepare/review detailed accurate quantity take-offs based on issued for Construction (IFCs) documents / drawings,
Prepare / review sketches and dimensions on the IFC drawings, manually or using AutoCAD or PDF software to be able to support the quantities on the ledger,
Prepare quantification with breakdown structure and pricing using Excel or other competent software.
