What are we looking for?
A Public Area Manager, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Minimum 3 years as a Public Area Supervisor or 2 years as an Assistant Public Area Manager in the Housekeeping department.
- Knowledgeable of public area operations and the usage of cleaning chemicals and cleaning.
- Able to lead and guide a small group of subordinates.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours.
- Good communication skills.
