Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Fit Out Company who is looking to hire for a Project Technical Manager Fit-Out role to join their team and lead technical coordination design integration and construction documentation across fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Civil Engineering Interior Design or a related discipline.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Civil Engineering Interior Design or a related discipline. - 12 years of relevant experience preferably within the fit-out industry. - Strong knowledge of fit-out construction interior finishes joinery and MEP coordination. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit Navisworks and BIM coordination skills are an advantage. - Strong leadership technical problem-solving stakeholder management and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and technical deliverables effectively.
