Project Manager Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee and manage infrastructure projects ensuring successful delivery within scope budget quality and schedule requirements. This role requires strong project management expertise stakeholder engagement capabilities and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills leadership abilities and a proactive approach to managing project risks resources and stakeholder expectations. • Plan organize and deliver infrastructure projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans including scope definition schedules resource allocation risk management strategies and budget estimates.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial targets are achieved and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams consultants contractors and specialist advisors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks implementing contingency plans where necessary.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities and maintain strong relationships with clients government authorities utility providers consultants contractors and project partners.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones KPIs budgets and schedules implementing corrective actions as required.
• Coordinate design reviews procurement activities construction interfaces and project handover processes.
• Manage project documentation contracts compliance requirements and reporting obligations.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance including contract administration variations claims and commercial matters.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports dashboards and presentations to clients and senior management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Project Management Infrastructure Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience preferably within infrastructure transportation utilities aviation rail energy water or urban development projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction and handover.
• Proven experience managing consultants contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of project controls scheduling cost management risk management and reporting.
• Experience in contract administration and commercial management.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
