(Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects (Buildings & Roads) and solid technical knowledge across both pre-tender and post-tender stages. The candidate will be responsible for leading projects from tendering through execution ensuring delivery within scope time cost and quality requirements)

Rotation: Based in Abu Dhabi Office

Key Responsibilities :

• Pre-Tender Stage

Review tender documents (ITT/RFQ) specifications and drawings in detail.

Lead the preparation of technical proposals methodologies and execution strategies.

Coordinate with engineering procurement and commercial teams to develop BOQ/MTO and cost estimates.

Identify project risks constraints and assumptions and propose mitigation strategies.

Participate in technical and commercial bid clarifications with clients.

Support value engineering and optimization of design and execution approach.

• Post-Tender Stage

Lead project kick-off and ensure smooth handover from tendering to execution team.

Manage overall project execution ensuring compliance with contract specifications and standards.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil mechanical electrical & instrumentation).

Monitor project progress budget and resources; implement corrective actions when required.

Oversee engineering deliverables procurement activities and construction progress.

Manage RFIs technical queries variations and change orders.

Ensure quality assurance HSE compliance and proper documentation.

Liaise with clients consultants and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Support commissioning testing and project close-out activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or related discipline).

PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Problem-solving and risk management capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience

Minimum 15 years as a Project Manager in infrastructure (Building & Roads) projects

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of infrastructure project lifecycle (Buildings Roads Utilities Substations Pipelines etc.).

Expertise in reviewing engineering drawings specifications and technical submittals.

Experience in BOQ/MTO preparation and cost estimation.

Familiarity with contract types (FIDIC preferred) and project controls.

Ability to manage technical coordination across disciplines.
