Description: This program is modernizing the DMV applications and business processes. The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts and assisting with maintenance of project management tracking. - This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle as well as porting efforts from legacy applications to new solutions. - The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects. - The Business Analyst will work closely with NCDOT's Program Manager in assisting with solution documentation and project management tools to meet State IT requirements.
