Cost Control: Collecting, analyzing, summarizing and evaluating various alternative courses of action to advise management on the most appropriate course of action based on cost efficiency and capacity. Purchasing: the acquisition of goods or services to achieve the company's objectives to maintain the quality and value of the company's products, reduce cash constraints in inventory, and maintain the flow of inputs to maintain the flow of outputs.
