Project Director - Urban Development

• Managing the relationship with a key Client or series of Clients through the successful deliver of active projects
• Manage the project managers for the individual projects within the portfolio to ensure delivery on time and to budget
• Lead, negotiate and secure new projects with the client
• Represent Parsons as the responsible party in front of clients and authorities
• Mentor and develop the assigned project managers and project engineers
• Ensure the overall technical delivery and financial performance of projects within the portfolio

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Proven and significant experience in the delivery of private sector urban development projects at a principal project manager / director level
• Dubai experience is essential for this role.
• Candidates must possess a design / masterplan background.
• Capability to communicate with Client and Authorities and represent Parsons at executive level
• Strong project and financial management experience and understanding
• Ability to lead and develop assigned staff into future leaders
• Strong design experience in Urban Development planning and/or infrastructure design
