Production Manager

Role summary

• To meet the Production Capacity of 320 MT/Month

• Improving customer experience and responsiveness.

• Improving quality to eliminate customer complaints.

• Improving efficiency - eliminate all waste

• Reducing inventory

• Ensuring compliance - Health & safety and environmental incidents

• Preventive maintenance

• Increasing flexibility & innovation - continues improvement

• Reducing costs & increasing profitability

Required qualifications/Education

• Minimum qualification should be a Degree/Diploma/Equivalent

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in large scale PP Woven sack manufacturing factories as a Production Manager

• Should have relevant experience in Production Planning, Quality Management, Preventive Maintenance Planning

and Cost efficiency and Re-Engineering

• Should have complete technical knowledge of tape lines, looms and finishing dept.

• A complete understanding of the technology trends with the distinction of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall cost.
