Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills Ability to handle tenders for long main items and reimbursable purchases or subcontracts with an EPC contractor Ability to work independently on a results oriented basis to handle diverse and multiple assignments Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage constantly changing priorities Direct day-to-day supervision of procurement will not be available when abroad or on rotation; Therefore, the additional requirements are as follows: Must be a self-starter and able to work in a virtual organisation Ability to monitor EPC contractor purchasing activities including tracking/monitoring purchase of major equipment and materials
