Primary Teaching Assistant

• Implement agreed work programs with individuals/groups in and out of the classroom • Assist the teacher in the planning cycle and preparation of resources • Support students in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality education • Provide assistance to students with special educational needs • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment • Maintain records of student progress and behavior • Attend staff meetings and training sessions • Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff Requirements • Experience working with Primary children is preferred • Highly organized with good communication skills • Motivate students to learn • Experience in a similar role is desirable • Fluent in written and spoken English • Below 50 years old (due to government requirements)
