- 40% Plant operation/processing management and logistics management
- Assist Plant Manager, Focus on Meeting all Goal and Deadlines
- Performing local production execution, payroll collection/processing/review, fixed asset disposal (FAD) management and GR/IR activities
- General Ledger Knowledge, Assist to Resolve GR/RI and Blocked Invoices
- May train others on work related topics
- 3) Manage job set up to minimize scrap, multi-pass orders, restocks and machine down time
