Planning Engineer

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast future milestones.
• Identify potential project risks and delays proposing corrective actions to mitigate their impact.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding schedule status and project timelines.
• Assist in resource allocation and budgeting to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards contractual obligations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer within the civil engineering industry.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles construction processes and contract administration.
