Physics Teacher

To deliver high-quality Physics instruction that supports students in developing strong conceptual understanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. The tutor will prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations (e.g. GCSE A-Level IB or equivalent) ensuring measurable academic progress and fostering a passion for science.

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with the relevant curriculum (e.g. GCSE A-Level IB or school-specific syllabus).
  

• Diagnose individual learning needs and tailor instruction accordingly to ensure all students meet or exceed academic targets.
  

• Provide regular formative and summative assessments; give detailed feedback to support improvement.
  

• Prepare students for examinations through targeted revision sessions practice papers and exam technique coaching.
  

• Integrate digital tools simulations and practical demonstrations to enhance understanding of theoretical concepts.
  

• Maintain accurate records of attendance student progress and performance data.
  

• Communicate effectively with parents guardians and academic coordinators regarding student progress.
  

• Create a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in science learning.
  

• Stay current with curriculum updates pedagogy and assessment methods in Physics education.
  

• Bachelors degree in Physics Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).
  

• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent international certification).
  

• Proven experience teaching or tutoring Physics at secondary or post-secondary level (GCSE / IGCSE / A-Level / IB preferred).
  

• Strong understanding of physics concepts practical applications and experimental design.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  

• Deep knowledge of subject content and exam specifications.
  

• Ability to motivate and inspire learners of varying ability levels.
  

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Proficiency with educational technology and online teaching tools (e.g. Zoom Google Classroom simulations).
