IT Manager

Location: 80% Remote with Headquarters in Munich

Salary: up to 55,000

On behalf of my large international retail client I am looking for a IT Business Manager for a permanent role remote role, Germany.

Tasks

• Support regarding implementation and administrative tasks
• Review and consolidate Budgets across all entities and establish a group IT recharge model
• Define, setup and lead the group IT indirect spend incl. budgeting, purchase approval, goods receipt and invoice approval processes
• Manage IT Departmental Projects &Prepare and keep track of relevant KPIs
• documentation, guidelines, procedures
• Review and prepare decision papers, presentations, data analysis and working documents

Requirements

• Ideally completed degree in economics (Master or equivalent) or a qualification in a related subject
• Detailed understanding of Procurement, controlling and accounting principles
• Project Management experience would be a plus
• Excellent organizational and English communication skills providing verbal and written communication
• High sense of responsibility
