Personal Assistant

.1 Handling orders, inventory and organizing of stocks.

2 Folding the garments, making sure it’s shipped and delivered to the customers promptly as to achieve the customer’s satisfaction at all times

.3 Dealing with the tailor factories, quality control of the items and apparels.

4 Negotiating prices with the production factories and department online stores for selling. .

Female age less than 35 years of age (preferably).

Fluent in English (writing and Speaking).

With pleasing personality.

Preferably Filipino, Jordanian, Egyptian National.

Young, smart, very presentable with eye for fashion.

Accounting graduate or with good knowledge of basic accounting.

Pro active.

Easy to learn.

Meticulous and can easily work with minimal supervision.

Extremely organize.

Attention to details.

With positive attitude.

Hardworking.

With strong personality.

Knowledge in different software such as ZOHO as an advantage but not mandatoryMin experience of being a PA/EA/Office Secretary
