Proven experience in a performance management, talent management or related HR function, preferably in a management capacity. Solid understanding of performance management concepts, methodologies and best practices. Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive performance related issues with tact and professionalism. Knowledge of performance management software and/or success factors - performance management module is advantageous. Strategic thinking and ability to align performance management initiatives with organizational goals. Leadership skills to effectively lead and direct the performance management team.
