- Ensure appreciated recognition is provided to our most exclusive guests
- Acknowledge IHG Rewards members, InterContinental Ambassadors & returning guests, in person or on the phone
- Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you’ll report all incidents and wear any protective equipment needed
- Stay one step ahead of guests needs – record and act on preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
