Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Packing Helper to support daily packing and warehouse operations. The role involves sorting packing labeling and preparing products for storage or dispatch while ensuring that items are handled safely and accurately.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit able to follow instructions and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Pack products according to company guidelines and order requirements.
- Sort and arrange products before packing.
- Check products for visible damage or incorrect quantities.
- Label seal and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with picking items from warehouse shelves.
- Verify packed quantities against order or packing documents.
- Help load and unload cartons boxes and other goods.
- Move packed products to designated storage or dispatch areas.
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in packing and warehouse areas.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Report damaged missing or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock counting and other basic warehouse duties when required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in packing warehouse logistics or a similar role is an advantage.
- Freshers may also be considered depending on company requirements.
- Ability to perform physical work including standing lifting carrying and moving packages.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period may be preferred.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse logistics or similar role is preferred. Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move goods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic ability to read write and understand instructions. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Responsible punctual and hardworking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours when required. Knowledge of basic warehouse and stock-handling procedures is an advantage.
