Name - MANAGER ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

Reporting to - Operations Manager / MD

Work Hours - UK Business Hours Coverage (12-8)

Experience - Min 4-6 years

Education - MCom/Inter CA / CA (not mandatory) / ICWA



Roles and Responsibilities

.

Oversee and collaborate with outsourced partner organisation for book keeping, preparation & submission of standalone and consolidated Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financials to the management for approval

.

Reconciliation of data, bank statements and other related areas

.

Independently engage with Statutory Auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and resolve all their queries

.

Tracking of Disbursements and Expenses : External & Internal

.

Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring for all internal financial controls including budgetary controls of allocated

.

Oversee monthly variance, price difference, cost overrun, Capex, assets

.

Assist in preparation of budgets, budgetary controls, periodic reviews and highlights

.

Co-ordinate with respective outsourced accounting partners to ensure that necessary tax liability is finalised within specified timelines and ensure that necessary tax liabilities are paid with relevant authorities across all the Geos

.

Maintain effective MIS which aids management control and decision

.

Timely Preparation and Submission of MIS to the Reporting

.

Collaborate with outsourced partner for Accounts Finalization




Requirements

Requirement

.

Excellent hands on exposure in MS Office, particularly Excel

.

Clear / concise verbal and written communication

.

Working knowledge of Tally or any other accounting tool (not mandatory, but would be an added advantage)
