- In your role as a consultant/ (partial) project lead, you conceptualize and implement global reorganization and transformation projects with a strong awareness of business priorities and impact (e.g., building organizational structures, lean governance models, supporting M&A and PMI activities)
- You will be responsible for the management of organizational changes, reorganization processes and governance
- You collaborate with the business and corporate functions to shape our future organizational setup, generating insights with thorough strategic organizational and workforce planning
- You inspire your partners with insights on organizational trends, frameworks and standard methodologies, emphasizing the benefits of data-driven organization with lean structures
- You analyze, conceptualize and implement structural and process optimization measures using your expertise on automation/ augmentation technologies
- You will develop and coach your colleagues on the job and share your experience and skills
