Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data.Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management.Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and database.Skills • Bachelor’s degree is a must. • 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field • Fluent in English language is a must; knowledge of various languages is preferred. • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. • Skilled professional with an ability to handle variety of administrative tasks. • Ability to extract the best output from office suites (MS Office - Excel, Word, Power point) and relevant admin software. • Good inter-personal and communication abilities • Team player, detailed-oriented • Discretion and confidentiality
