Nursery Manager

At Stanford Nursery in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee our branch operations. As a trusted educational institution, we prioritize providing exceptional care, education, safety, and parent satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, experience in nursery or school management in the UAE, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and safety

* Lead and support teachers and staff to maintain quality educational practices

* Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for children's development

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

* Cultivate positive relationships with parents to support children's well-being

* Administer admissions, enrollment processes, and branch logistics

* Supervise staff performance, attendance, and operational efficiency

* Coordinate curriculum implementation and educational initiatives

* Produce operational reports and liaise with senior management for strategic alignment

* Uphold excellence in care, hygiene, safety, and educational delivery

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field

* Minimum 3–5 years of nursery or school management experience in the UAE

* Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills

* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities

* Professional demeanor in interactions with parents, staff, and management

* Proficient in UAE nursery regulations and operational protocols

* Fluent in English
