Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to employees, addressing their health concerns and needs

Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment

Educate employees on health management and wellness strategies

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations

Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives

Requirements & Skills:

Registered Nurse (RN) certification from an accredited institution

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in electronic health records and healthcare management software

Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards

2–4 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in a corporate environment

Willingness to participate in continuous professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in CPR and First Aid

Experience in occupational health nursing

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace

Ability to speak multiple languages
