Network Operations Engineer

• Must provide stable and reliable network services • Monitor the network performance on a daily basis • Troubleshoot the network and rectify the hardware faults • Install and maintain the network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools • Be quick to respond and escalate the tickets • Install the essential network hardware and software • Apply the configuration changes through the change control systems and processes • Assist in handling the operation of advanced IP network services • Support and maintain the data center networks • Develop sustainable solutions to handle complex issues • Work in collaboration with the network engineering teams • Identify and resolve the frequent network issues • Take care of the networking, routing and interconnectivity issues • Roll out innovative ideas that can help in reducing the network problems
