Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Administrator to join our growing IT team and play a critical role in maintaining securing and optimizing our enterprise infrastructure. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in networking cloud technologies cybersecurity and healthcare IT environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our hybrid infrastructure including on-premises systems Microsoft Azure services Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise security solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Management
- Design implement and maintain wired wireless and cloud network infrastructure
- Manage VLANs DHCP DNS NTP and NAT configurations
- Monitor network performance and optimize network resources
- Administer FortiGate firewall solutions (on-premise and cloud-based) including:
- Network and VLAN policies
- Site-to-site connectivity
- VPN client management
- SD-WAN implementation and management
- Configure and manage Azure networking components:
- Virtual Networks (VNets)
- Network Security Group (NSG) rules
- Network peering
- Private endpoints
- NAT gateways and routing
- Manage physical access control solutions
- Manage CCTV systems
- Maintain network resources security updates
Security & Access Control
- Administer endpoint security solutions
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID access control policies and conditional access
- Implement and manage security policies and compliance controls across infrastructure
- Manage Intune policies and device management
- Design implement and improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
- Apply ADHICS guidelines in security implementation
- Manage user access and privileges across systems
Cloud Virtualization & Server Administration
- Administer Azure cloud infrastructure and networking (VNets VNet peering NAT gateways routing private endpoints)
- Manage Azure Virtual Machines
- Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
- Manage Microsoft Teams Admin Center
- Oversee Hyper-V server infrastructure and virtual machine management
- Provision and manage NAS storage
- Manage Windows Server environments and configurations
- Administer Linux server infrastructure
- Maintain and manage backup solutions
Microsoft 365 & Identity Management
- Administer Office 365 and Exchange environments
- Maintain Exchange rules and security policies
- Manage device management policies and security controls through Intune
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Sentinel for log management and alert rule creation
- Monitor user access and authentication patterns
EMR & Third-Party Management
- Demonstrate knowledge of EMR application flow and regulatory requirements
- Manage EMR servers and dependent services
- Coordinate with EMR vendors for support and updates
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for solutions and technical support
Requirements
Experience
- 5 years of network and infrastructure administration experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT environments
- Demonstrated experience with ADHICS compliance implementation and processes
- Proven experience managing FortiGate firewalls in production environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and hybrid networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Intune and Entra ID administration
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of network design and implementation (wired wireless cloud)
- Proficiency in VPN SD-WAN and firewall technologies
- Strong Azure networking expertise (VNets NSGs peering private endpoints)
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- Experience with monitoring and log management tools
- Backup and disaster recovery solution management
- Knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare IT infrastructure
Security & Compliance Knowledge
- Understanding of ADHICS guidelines and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of DLP policies and endpoint security
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience implementing access control and security policies
Soft Skills

Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience in infrastructure administration
