MEP Supervisor Farm

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) operations and maintenance across a large farm facility of our client in Abu Dhabi UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance repair and installation activities across the farm.
• Oversee electrical systems water supply plumbing pumps irrigation-related equipment and other mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians contractors and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure all MEP works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities equipment issues and repairs.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Ensure proper use and availability of tools materials and spare parts.

Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor preferably in a farm agricultural facilities management or large property environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
Knowledge of pumps water systems irrigation systems and farm facilities is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance activities.
