Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of Sales Experience in the Fitness industry. Experience in pre-sales highly preferred.
Experience in working on sales KPIs/targets - both individually and of the team.
Experience of managing a sales team of at least 6 members. Coaching/Mentoring & training them.
Strong exposure to Lead Generation & Conversions.
Exposure to preparing monthly team budgets & forecasts.
Hands on experience in Pricing, Promotions, Outreach programs.
CRM Experience.
