- Conduct literature reviews to identify gaps in medical knowledge and potential research opportunities.
- Design and implement research studies, including clinical trials, observational studies, and laboratory experiments.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical methods and software tools.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, scientists, and statisticians to ensure the success of research projects.
- Write research proposals, protocols, manuscripts for publication, and grant applications.
- Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and other scientific meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all research activities.
- Contribute to the development of new medical treatments, diagnostic tools, and healthcare interventions.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in medical research, including advancements in technology and methodology.
- Mentor junior researchers, students, and interns to foster their professional growth and development.
