Job Title: HVAC Service Supervisor or HVAC Lead or Manager

About the Role:

An immediate opening for Mid tier leadership role in commercial Heating & Air. Overseeing HVAC Technicians, managing team talent, projects, budgeting and customer service with a stable growing company with community connection in the Ft Collins area.

• This is a full-time position with overtime options depending on workload

• Pay rate $110-115K

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Field personnel & field operations for various projects

• Manage financial aspects of agreements, scheduling and timelines in the field

• Coordinate tasks and operations with dispatcher

• Communicate with customers building loyalty, other field, office managers and sales team (for potential opportunities) during project

• Problem solving and responding quickly as needed to customers

• Provide reports & manage equipment, materials and tool usage

• Build into customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

• 10 years of customer service in Commercial HVAC Tech / field experience

• Leadership experience- building and maintaining team morale

• Staff development & training including developing safety training plans with Service Manager

• Safety conscious andable to follow & implement safety protocols

• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration and oil analysis

• Understanding of healthcare, data center, assisted living, commercial office, industrial and power generation

• Clean Driving record

• Universal EPA Certificate required, HVAC Diploma (preferred)

• Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs

• Correctable vision to 20/20 & hearing correctable to normal range
