As a Manager Key Accounts, you will be responsible to establish, own, manage, grow and retain a portfolio of B2C and B2B customers, focusing on driving revenue and best practice adoption through deep understanding of customers' needs, challenges and opportunities within their business, and recommending tailored account plans and solutions by delivering strategic advice to drive customer success. You will also be responsible for the identification, acquisition, implementation, development, and retention of a line of business that that Qatar Airways manages and develops globally. Responsible for project work that supports the commercial strategy, as directed from time to time b SVP Global Sales and or their line manager. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also: • Develop strong customer relationships within the regional champions that deliver impactful results on ambitious annual targets. • Provide coaching and support to the champions and act as first point of contact at local and global level. • Responsible for account management across the full sales cycle (identification, acquisition, implementation, development, and retention) for the identified line of business. Based on the knowledge gained from managing the line of business, provide recommendations to management on: • Development of the commercial strategy for the digital and trade products; • Introduction of new product/routes and service offerings; and • Business opportunities and risks for Qatar Airways. • Achieve and exceed the assigned revenue target and personal revenue target for each financial year. • Initiate and drive negotiations by conducting regular reviews with s the local teams as well as HO teams, to understand their requirements and provide them with competitive options to derive maximum revenue. Lead and participate in negotiations with new and existing clients to optimize the full potential of an air partnership, beneficial to both parties. • Develop revenue strategy, objectives and KPls in conjunction with key stakeholders. • Identify, scope and participate in RFP's, including the strategic approach to tailoring the value proposition to each customer needs. Work with internal stakeholders to develop additional material and socialize this with the wider team and network. • Effectively manage and drive the performance of existing line of business and source new business opportunities through ownership and active management to develop quality revenue for Study & Fly. • Monitor the performance of each relevant dimension in the line of business, report and take appropriate actions to maximize opportunities or defend revenue, as applicable. Be on the outlook also for integrity concerns in the line of business for Student Club and Study & Fly • Analyze data to identify trends and commercial opportunities, in addition to enhancing the customer support processes and improve team efficiency. • Accountable to proactively provide feedback and reporting as stipulated by management, including, but not limited to, weekly activity reports, monthly reporting for Student C
