Job Description
Responsibilities: Collaboratingwith department managers to determine securityneeds. Planning and implementing comprehensivesecurity strategies. Controlling the securityoperations budget, monitoring expenses, and documentingprocesses. Supervising, recruiting, andtraining security personnel. Gathering securityintelligence and implementing preventativemeasures. Developing work schedules, allocatingtasks, and monitoring personnelperformance. Coordinating responses toemergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incidentreports. Preparing surveillance equipmentmaintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timelymanner. Keeping abreast of new technologies andadvancements in security services. Ensuringcompliance with company policies and security industryregulations.
