• Have a thorough understanding ofthe duties and responsibilities of theescorts. • Manage schedule ofescorts • Ensure team of escorts adequatelyexecute monitoring of un-cleared personnel (LN/OCN) into areas andmonitors personnel while performing work. Make on-the-spotcorrections as required. • Ensure escorts areproperly verifying LNs/OCNs personnel are logged in and out all andpersonnel counts are performed before and after they performduties. • Ensures all local base escortingpolicies are followed by your team. • Ensureescorts fully understand and comply with site policies and escortresponsibilities.
