Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraint that arise daily with assistance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Attend line by line review meetings to communicate status
- Required to attend Tier meetings
- Utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system for purpose of tracking constraints with assistance
- Creating and presenting project proposals to Leadership and to mechanic level
- develop knowledge about specs and DWG understanding
- Assist shop with procurement and/or modification of identified tools with assistance
