Lifecycle Campaign Manager
Job Summary
ClearGrid is an AI-driven fintech transforming debt collection and resolution across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We pair a licensed collections agency with Command our platform that lets lenders run compliant first-party collections and we are building this category from the ground up in a market where it barely exists yet.
Command is ClearGrids platform for compliant first-party collections. Journey is the feature inside it where a clients entire outbound contact strategy is configured and run: which borrowers are contacted when on which channel (AI voice SMS email) and with which treatment based on deal stage prior call outcomes and compliance guardrails. Around that sit the other parts of Command; campaigns dialer reporting and the CRM.
This role has two halves. The first is building: owning campaign and Journey configuration end to end for every client on Command building each clients setup correctly and keeping it sharp as the product evolves. The second is making sure it is all actually working: campaigns running on time calls and messages firing when they should data landing as expected and nothing failing quietly. That remit runs wider than Journey covering anything in Command that affects how Client Solutions serves its clients and it comes with ownership of a defined set of Command metrics.
Campaign and Journey configuration end to end: designing building configuring and continuously optimising including segmentation deal-stage routing and channel orchestration logic.
Campaign execution for every Proof of Value: you are the person who builds and runs the campaigns a POV is judged on.
Post-live ownership: maintaining and iterating live Journeys as the product and client needs change and graduating clients toward self-serve.
Revenue growth through the clients setup: spotting gaps and upsell levers (for example new agents or added channels such as SMS and email to grow billable engagement) and stopping revenue leakage from campaigns that are inefficient or not triggering correctly.
Platform health and proactive monitoring: building the checks and alerts. This covers AI calls or messages not firing gateway issues data not landing or not reconciling reporting that does not match what the system actually did and behaviour changed by a release.
A defined set of Command metrics: owning their definition accuracy and reporting tracking them per client explaining movements and flagging a number that looks wrong rather than passing it on.
The feedback loop into Product and Analytics: turning what you find into prioritised well-evidenced requests and checking after each release that what clients depend on still behaves as expected.
The relationship with Conversation Design and QA: when a Journey runs but the conversations are not producing outcomes you drive the prompt and flow fixes.
The client-facing side of the work: translating what a client wants into configuration running demos and presenting the work and its results directly to client teams.
Broader Command adoption: helping clients adopt and get more value from the rest of the platform such as reporting campaigns the dialer and CRM as their needs grow.
6 to 8 years in a fast-moving tech-forward environment; B2B SaaS background preferred with fintech and AI exposure a strong plus.
Genuinely tech-native: you live across a wide suite of software tools every day and pick up new unfamiliar tools quickly on your own. This is a core requirement not a nice-to-have.
A track record of owning metrics: numbers you were measured on and had to move which you can define precisely.
Technical enough without being an engineer: comfortable in data and reporting tools (dashboards such as Tableau spreadsheets beyond the basics reconcile what a platform reports against what it actually did and describe a problem precisely enough for an engineer to act on it.
Hands-on and client-facing: you can build and optimise the configuration yourself and you are equally comfortable presenting it to a client audience.
Hands-on experience with campaign or automation platforms (for example Braze Iterable HubSpot Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar). Exposure to workflow automation or monitoring tools such as n8n Make or Zapier is a plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
A true self-starter with very high ownership.
Comfortable operating on an evolving product: you can carry performance targets while the product is still being built hold that product to account when it does not behave as expected and turn ambiguity into a plan.
Based in Dubai (or able to relocate) and willing to travel regionally.
Domain exposure to collections lending or fintech is a plus; if not the ability to ramp on a complex product and industry quickly is essential.
