- Collect and update databases for tracking and corporate entity formation.
- Gather and facilitate invoice approval.
- Facilitate bank account formation, tax and regulatory filings and corporate restructurings.
- Review contracts and legally direct procedures.
- Monitor hospital Lien process for court recording and satisfaction.
- Consult for Workers Compensation to guarantee Georgia Law and company policy adherence.
- Handle special projects on repricers, silent PPOs and third party issues.
- Offer format for third party liability information for workers compensation claims and liens.
- Consolidate insurance claims during reorganization.
- Train staff on legal issues.
- Function as account witness in court proceedings.
- Review Risk Management complaints.
- Attend department meetings and offer legal insight.
- Exhibit legal issues and federal regulations knowledge on financial operations.
- Perform legal research and adhere to “Code of Conduct” philosophy.
