Job Description
- Ensures that Laundry area is cleaned and tidy all the time.
- Cleans all equipment on a daily basis.
- Complies with Hotel and Company rules, statutory and legal requirements for fire, health, safety guidelines.
- Reports any required repairs and maintenance requirements.
- Attends departmental briefing, housekeeping communication meeting, and other training sessions when required.
- Renders assistance and cooperation to colleagues and other associates of other departments in a prompt, caring, and helpful manner.
- Ensures guest services are met on time and provides any services required urgently for guest or by staff.
- Attends departmental communication meetings.
- Performs other duties assigned by superior.
