Key Responsibilities: - Assist the chefs in preparing and cooking food items as directed. - Measure and weigh ingredients accurately. - Clean and prepare vegetables, fruits and meats for cooking. - Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, blenders and grinders. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. - Properly store food items and supplies. - Dispose of waste and clean kitchen surfaces. - Follow safety procedures and guidelines. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: - At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of attention to detail. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
