Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize call center operations and improve customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of call center agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and implement solutions. 6. Create and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 7. Provide regular reports to management on call center performance and recommend enhancements. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strategic planning and attention to detail. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. 8. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
