provide support to the Kitchen Management

ensure kitchen operations run smoothly

manage the food ordering delivery storage and control professionally and carefully

manage kitchen staff ensuring they are kept up to date with relevant information and are continually compliant with standards and expectations

actively participate in a working environment across departments where staff are fully trained supportive of each other and competent

fulfil administration duties and implementation of HACCP standards

ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained through positive connections and prompt handling of any problems
