IT Technician

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support including troubleshooting hardware software and network issues

• Manage and maintain network systems (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity devices)

• Deliver high-quality discreet VIP / white-glove support

• Support basic setup and maintenance of drones/UAV equipment

• Track and manage IT assets inventory and equipment

• Ensure systems are secure updated and running efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician / IT Support

• Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of drones/UAV technology (preferred)

• Experience managing IT inventory / asset tracking

• Experience supporting VIP executive or UHNW clients (preferred)

• Professional discreet and service-oriented approach
