Run and support the infrastructure solutions in the most effective way (day and on-call night & week-end support).

Install, upgrade, configure, deliver and maintain different infrastructure solutions, computer systems, network servers, virtualization and integrate automation processes

.

Administer, optimize and tune the servers and related components to ensure high availability of the various business applications.

Administer internet/intranet infrastructure, including components such as SharePoint, Apache, and IIS servers.

.

Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit loss of service and follow web server security measures.

.

Diagnose and fix incidents as quickly as possible, and make sure that the root cause analysis are done to prevent problems and resulting incidents from happening, as well as to eliminate recurring incidents.

.

Maintain up to date the infrastructure inventory for what is relevant (technical inventory & technical guides and processes).
