• Keep our systems running smoothly by coordinating critical repairs and equipment restoration think of yourself as our tech superhero preventing operational meltdowns and keeping business flowing!
• Be the guardian of our data by establishing and maintaining backup procedures and executing data recovery operations ensuring our organisational information assets stay safe and sound.
• Jump into action investigating and resolving software fault reports and enhancement requests delivering solutions in line with agreed timelines and service level agreements.

Qualifications :

• High-level knowledge of commonly used software hardware and applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot diagnose issues and deliver timely solutions
• Excellent oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts clearly
