Job Summary
Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments. Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Configure and maintain Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Deploy configure and maintain enterprise servers and infrastructure services.
Perform server provisioning OS upgrades patch management and performance tuning.
Manage storage solutions (NetApp Dell EMC HPE) and backup platforms such as Veeam Commvault or Veritas NetBackup.
Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve issues.
Perform incident problem and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) procedures.
Collaborate with network security database and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
