Use your expertise and experience to develop and deliver communications programs that increase employee engagement and value from internal communications platforms. You will use effective means and channels to drive various group - wide employee initiatives, with the creation and delivery of world-class internal communications, employee engagement, employee experience and EVP programmes and campaigns. You will be required to provide a support function to the head of department to develop strategic and tactical internal stakeholder communications, engagement plans and project initiatives that align with the company's vision, goals and direction. You will be required to continuously enhance and develop the deliverables of the IC and EE department, as a comprehensive and fully integrated internal marketing and communications service provider and partner, to the entire QR Group and its various divisions. This role has a strong background in conceiving, leading, and implementing a variety of marketing and communications campaigns (proactive, creative, crisis) within the corporate identity of the company by using a systemic approach for developing and executing suitable strategies to achieve them. Other operational duties would include: - Developing and delivering QR’s internal communication strategy, plans that engage, align and inspire employees, in both our corporate headquarters and regional locations, with Qatar Airways’ vision, mission, business strategy and culture. - Playing a key role in the development and execution of the employee engagement strategy, working closely with our HR teams and other stakeholders. - Work as a strategic communications partner to executives and subsidiaries and their teams to develop internal communications that help keep their employees informed, inspired, involved and connected - Collaborating with key business lines and stakeholders to translate concepts and adapt these into relevant deliverables / communication strategies and then translating these ideas to creative team of design adaption and creating as per QR’s brand identity - Conceptualisation and implementation of internal income-generating marketing campaigns that support and drive the businesses’ products, services and special offers and promotions for employees that help these businesses generate income internally for Qatar Airways Group - Providing expert internal communications advice and support to senior stakeholders on employee - focused messages and activities - Driving the creation of a long term employee brand equity and employee advocacy, employee experience and EVP programmes - Owner, strategist and counsel for employee communications/engagement needs with senior leaders across all businesses; most focus is on Doha, but collaboration and inclusion of global and other geographical needs as appropriate - Keeping up - to - date with developments in internal communications & engagement, by aligning with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams where appropriate - Managing fully - integrated internal informational marketing communications campaigns for businesses wanting to introduce concepts and ideas - editorial, copywriting and content writing, proof reading and marketing messages to ensure they follow the corporate brand guidelines on style of writing and tone of voice. - Plan, review, edit, create, and write high quality communications deliverables across a variety of channels, including staff presentations, videos, internal newsletters and announcements, and web content, among others. - Managing employee engagement activities by create new employee engagement channels that galvanise colleagues and stimulate engagement - Video/Brand Films development for employee features - idea development, script writing, story boards, logistics, approvals and direction. • *Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills.
