- Perform regular and systematic audits of automotive service centers, workshops, and technicians to evaluate their compliance with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies.
- Assess the quality of service provided by automotive technicians, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are performed accurately and efficiently, and that customer service standards are met.
- Ensure that automotive service centers adhere to relevant regulations, manufacturer guidelines, company policies, safety standards, environmental policies, and legal requirements.
- Maintain detailed audit records and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, highlighting areas of non-compliance, and recommending corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within automotive service operations, fostering continuous improvement in service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, tools, and diagnostic equipment to ensure that service centers are equipped with the necessary resources for efficient and accurate repairs.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to automotive service quality and evaluate how service centers effectively addresses these issues and improve customer satisfaction.
