Job Responsibilities: - Assist in the maintenance and care of indoor plants, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and cleaning. - Monitor the health of plants and address any issues or problems promptly. - Maintain accurate records of plant care activities and schedules. - Collaborate with the team to ensure all plants are properly cared for and in optimal health. - Assist in the selection and placement of plants in indoor spaces, considering factors such as lighting, temperature, and aesthetics. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in indoor plant care. - Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to indoor plants. Skills Candidate Requirements: - Proven experience in indoor plant care and maintenance. - Knowledge of different types of indoor plants, their care requirements, and common plant health issues. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plant care schedules. - Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying plants and using gardening tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service. - Flexibility to adapt to changing plant care needs and schedules. - Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes
