Position Responsibilities:
- Provides effective consultative skills and data-driven solutions to the Manufacturing, and El Segundo Quality teams
- Partners with leaders and HR team to integrate functional, human resource and organizational change management strategies, and action plans to improve operational effectiveness, leadership, workforce planning, engagement, talent acquisition, affordability, skill elevation, and stability
- Uses business knowledge to make recommendations and proposals on key program and functional strategies, develops long and short-term strategies involving policies (e.g., Diversity, Employee Engagement and Functional Excellence), and embeds people plans in the operating rhythm of the function
