# HSSEQ Officer – Cold Chain JAFZA

RSA COLD CHAIN is seeking a dedicated HSSEQ Officer to join our team in Dubai specializing in cold chain operations within the JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone) area. • Develop implement and maintain HSSEQ policies and procedures aligned with cold chain logistics and procurement standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure full compliance with health safety security environment and quality regulations
• Identify potential hazards across operational areas and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Lead incident investigations root cause analyses and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions
• Deliver HSSEQ training programs to staff promoting a culture of safety quality awareness and continuous improvement
• Monitor and ensure compliance with JAFZA Dubai Municipality and relevant UAE regulatory requirements
• Oversee cold chain temperature monitoring and quality control processes to maintain product integrity at all times
• Coordinate emergency response procedures conduct regular drills and maintain emergency preparedness
• Maintain accurate HSSEQ documentation records and registers for internal audits and regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure suppliers and vendors meet HSSEQ compliance standards
• Track and report HSSEQ performance metrics identifying trends and recommending improvements to management

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in HSSEQ roles preferably within logistics cold chain or procurement industries
• Strong knowledge of HSSEQ regulations standards and industry best practices
• Hands-on experience with cold chain temperature management and quality assurance processes
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels
• Strong problem-solving decision-making and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in HSSEQ documentation reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Relevant HSSEQ certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH ISO 45001 or ISO 9001 are preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai including the JAFZA area and respond to operational needs as required
