Job Summary

Job Purpose

Ensure compliance with EGA Requirements ADOSH-SF  and UAE HSE legislation while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with EGA HSE standards and project-specific requirements.
  • Conduct daily HSE inspections and enforce site HSE compliance.
  • Verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and monitor compliance with approved permits.
  • Review Risk Assessments Method Statements and other documentations such
  • Conduct safety inductions toolbox talks awareness sessions and HSE training.
  • Investigate incidents near misses unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Prepare  weekly and monthly HSE reports and maintain relevant HSE records.
  • Conduct emergency drills and support emergency preparedness activities.
  • Monitor environmental compliance and identify potential environmental risks.
  • Coordinate with the Client Consultant EGA subcontractors and project management on HSE matters.
  • Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
  • Intervene and stop unsafe work where an immediate risk to personnel property or the environment is identified.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in project HSE performance.

Qualifications :

Required Competencies

  • Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 35 years of relevant HSE experience.
  • Valid EGA Approved EHS Representative certification/approval.
  • Valid EGA Approved Train the Trainer certification/approval.
  • Knowledge of EGA HSE requirements EGA Green Book and site safety standards..
  • Knowledge of EGA HSE requirements and site safety standards.
  • Knowledge of ADOSH-SF AD Ports/DMT HSE standards and ITC requirements.
  • Minimum 35 years of relevant HSE experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Science / Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good communication coordination and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
